fill77 reserves the right to void bets or withhold payments resulting from technical errors, software malfunctions, or suspected fraudulent activity. Decisions on void bets are made at fill77's reasonable discretion and are final.

To create a fill77 Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, Philippine mobile number, email address, and date of birth. You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is true and correct. fill77 reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion without providing reasons.
Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") for any purpose, including but not limited to exploiting promotional offers or circumventing account restrictions, is strictly prohibited. Any duplicate Accounts discovered will be suspended immediately and all funds therein may be forfeited.
fill77 is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing any withdrawal request. Acceptable forms of identification include: PhilSys National ID, Philippine Passport, Driver's License, SSS/GSIS card, Voter's ID, or PRC ID. Verification is also required when cumulative deposits exceed thresholds set under applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. fill77 will never ask you for your password through any channel, including live chat, email, or SMS.
You must notify fill77 immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. fill77 shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials or from unauthorized access that occurs prior to your notification to fill77.
fill77 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. Once activated, 2FA requires entry of a one-time password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number in addition to your standard credentials. Players who enable 2FA agree that they are responsible for maintaining access to their registered mobile number.
An Account that has not been logged into for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be considered dormant. fill77 may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of up to ₱50 to dormant Account balances, and may close the Account if the balance reaches zero. Players will be notified prior to the application of dormancy fees where possible.
fill77 accepts the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online Banking, UnionBank, Landbank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions are denominated and settled in Philippine Peso (₱).
fill77 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). fill77 is required to monitor, record, and report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities. Withdrawal of funds deposited without any gaming activity ("clean withdrawal") may be refused or investigated as a suspicious transaction.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the fill77 Platform are subject to these general terms and the specific terms stated on each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence over these general terms.
Unless otherwise stated on the promotion page, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game contributions, minimum bet sizes, and time limits are set out in each promotion's specific terms. Playing with bonus funds on games that contribute less than 100% toward wagering requirements will reduce the effective value of each wager accordingly.
fill77 maintains the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus or bonus-derived winnings where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting software errors to generate artificial winnings; coordinating with other players to guarantee bonus profits ("bonus hunting"); or using automated betting strategies designed to minimize risk while meeting wagering requirements ("hedge betting"). Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse may be restricted from future promotional offers or permanently suspended.
The fill77 Welcome Bonus (100% first deposit match, up to ₱5,000) is available once per player, per household, and per payment method. The Welcome Bonus is only available to players who have not previously held a fill77 Account. fill77 reserves the right to modify or withdraw the Welcome Bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

In the event of a technical malfunction, communication failure, or software error affecting the outcome of a game, fill77 reserves the right to void the affected bet or round. fill77 shall not be liable for winnings generated during a documented system malfunction. Sports betting markets available on fill77 are governed by individual market rules published in the sportsbook section. In general: bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled without a result will be voided and stakes returned; in-play bets accepted after a market-deciding event has occurred will be voided; and fill77 reserves the right to limit maximum bet amounts on any market at its discretion.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of fill77.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law:

fill77 may suspend or permanently terminate your Account, with or without prior notice, if: you breach any provision of these Terms; we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority; or you are found to be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. Upon termination for cause, fill77 reserves the right to forfeit your Account balance, including any pending bonus amounts.
You may close your fill77 Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Prior to Account closure, any outstanding wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be either met or the bonus must be forfeited. fill77 will process withdrawal of any remaining eligible balance to your registered payment method within 5 business days of Account closure confirmation.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between you and fill77. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or court of competent jurisdiction. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute arising from your use of the fill77 Platform.
fill77 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, fill77 will provide reasonable prior notice via a prominently displayed notice on the Platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.
